Breast Lift with Fat Grafting

"Without any incision, just needle sticks, we basically separate the skin from the glandular tissue and then we put the patient down so the nipple goes in normal position and we put an adhesive bra they wear it for a few weeks and we're able to lift the breast up without any incision," explains Dr. Roger Khouri, Plastic Surgeon with Baptist Health South Florida.

Dr. Daniel Calva, Plastic Surgeon with Baptist Health South Florida, says with the traditional approach you get a scar around your areola, on your areola or the anchor, which is more aggressive. But they are proposing something to allow the skin to be separated from the gland, and tape that skin and the nipple areolar in a nice higher position, so your own scar tissue becomes your own internal bra.
