Bursitis and Dislocation in Baseball Players

Dr. Derek Papp, Sports Medicine Physician at Miami Orthopedics and Sports Medicine Institute, says bursitis is when a bursa goes up and in between the muscle in the shoulder called the subscapularis and gets irritated or inflammated.

He also explains the most common way to have an anterior dislocation in your shoulder is when some force pushes your arm too much and it pops out a joint into the front, you can also pop out the back.
