Exercise: Follow Your Own Path

Brian Betancourt, Exercise Physiologist at Baptist Health South Florida, says it is important to understand your level of fitness will not be the same level of another person, it is about what you are capable of doing and what is going to be challenging to improve.

"You never want to do exercise that has pain, you should feel challenging and you will see you can progress little by little and that will improve your overall health," he explains.
