"We physicians can start talking about health instead of disease," he points out and advices young people their bodies are the only ones they are going to get in their life, so they have to take care of them like nothing.

Exercising is important for your health, because people who exercise will tend to lose weight and weight loss will have a significant reduction in your blood pressure.
