Fat Grafting vs. Breast Implants

Dr. Roger Khouri, Plastic Surgeon with Baptist Health South Florida, shows a case of a patient with capsular contracture, droopy breasts, and she had a lumpectomy. "It took us five sessions of fat grafting, but over those five sessions the only incision we ever had is the one it took us to remove her implants. And we did, we removed they implants, grafted her five times and gave her this result which is really more natural."

He also explains with every session, they took the fat and inject it right there, and they do not store the fat in any fridge.
