Getting Moving and Keeping a Heart Healthy

Any kind of exercise is good for improving heart health, affirms Dr. Ted Feldman, Medical Director of Prevention and Community Health with Miami Cardiac & Vascular Institute.

He also explains there are five communities in the world called ���blue zone communities�۝. They are functioning at a very high level, in their 90�۪s and hundred�۪s and they are not living in nursing homes. They have in common healthy eating, non-processed foods, having a Mediterranean diet and moving.
