Preparing for the Storm

It is important to prepare for a storm. There is a list of things to do: contact lists, medication lists, equipment specifics, health information card (update every 6 months).

"You want to have a list of who are the people that are going to know where you are, you need to have a list of your medications and share it with your family outside the area," recommends Joseph Scott, Chief of Emergency Medicine at West Kendall Baptist Hospital.
