Symtomps of Allergies

If you have a food allergy you might feel like you don't have energy, you can't concentrate and also have a lot of stomach issues.

There are severe food allergies that can lead to constricted airways in the lungs, severe lowering of blood pressure and shock, also called anaphylactic shock and suffocation by swelling of the throat.

Natalie Castro, Registered Dietitian at Baptist Health South Florida, says a severe food allergy is life-threatening if you are not well prepared with an EpiPen, for example.
